Police Put an End to Robbery Spree
According to local news sources, police have finally detained three suspects believed to be responsible for a string of robberies in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
Officers say that the three suspects, two women and one man, have been robbing homes in North Las Vegas for a period of at least two months. During this time period, officers in the area have been conducting investigations to capture the suspects. Throughout their investigations, they managed to gather enough evidence to obtain search and arrest warrants.
Once warrants were issued, officers searched two apartments linked to the suspects and found over 150 stolen items including jewelry, firearms, electronics and video games. In addition to the stolen goods, marijuana and other drug-related items were confiscated.
Due to the fact that police found drugs in the apartments, the suspects are facing additional charges for drug crimes. Now, all three suspects are up against
theft charges for their involvement in the
robbery spree as well as the additional drug offenses.
Due to the unique nature of some of the items that were stolen, police were able to return some property to the original owners who filed missing items reports.
