Local Doctor's License Revoked After Sexual Harassment Charges

A 77 year old doctor at Sunrise Hospital has had his medical practitioner license permanently revoked after accusations of sexual assault from two female patients.
One, a 76 year old woman, came to the hospital because she believed she was having a heart attack. Dr. Fazekas, the suspect, apparently conducted an unneccessary breast examination and then also informed the patient that he would need to do a gynological exam for a pap smear. The other patient complained after she came to the hospital for nausea and abdominal pain and was subjected to a full breast, pelvic, and rectal exam.
Fazekas is defending his actions, saying that he performs breast exams on all of his female patients because one in eight will develop breat cancer. He also defends his decision to conduct a gynocological and rectal exam on the other patient, saying that he was being medically thorough. He did admit, however, that he did not pay attention to whether or not his examinations were causing discomfort in his patients.
