"America's Most Wanted" Leads to Sex Crime Suspect's Arrest
A man wanted by police in the state of Nevada was spotted by someone in Mexico. Thanks to the television program "America's Most Wanted," police have finally captured the man accused of having sex with multiple underage girls. The suspect, 55-year-old O.H., was first declared missing last July right after he learned about the arrest warrant issued with name on it. At that time he was being charged with 11 counts of sexual assault on a child under the age of 16, as well as one count of conspiracy to commit a crime and one count of child abuse.
Thanks to the help of someone in Mexico, however, police were able to arrest the suspect in Tijuana. He was deported back to America and transported by U.S. Marshals to San Diego, California. The suspect is scheduled to be transported to Nevada where he will stand trial. This is not the first time that the former pastor has faced criminal charges. He was accused of sexual assault against a minor over two years ago as well. Are you facing sex crime accusations that may result in criminal charges? If so,
